Our Story
As an engineer and former tech founder, Al noticed that many women founders without technical backgrounds struggle with hiring technical talent and building software. Al aims to partner with founders early, empowering them to feel confident and succeed. Despite receiving only 2% of venture capital funding, women founders are relentless in their pursuit and often achieve higher returns than their male counterparts.

Al (like al-gorithm) Tearjen serves as a Fractional CTO, bringing a wealth of experience as a former AWS engineer, VC-backed founder, and cybersecurity solutions engineer. She specializes in helping startups optimize their technology and cybersecurity investments, with a focus on guiding early-stage companies, particularly women founders without technical backgrounds, from 0 to 1. Al’s expertise lies in building scalable, cost-effective infrastructure while providing strategic planning that ensures long-term success.
